REGULATIONS
GENERAL CONDITIONS
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check-in: From 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM (late-night arrival possible with prior notice).
Check-out: From 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (early departure before 7:30 AM possible with prior notice and check-out the evening before departure).
Late check-out beyond the stipulated time will incur a charge for an additional night. Extensions for check-out times can be arranged at the reception for an extra fee. Minimum stay periods and designated changeover days as indicated in the price list apply to all accommodations.
THE RATE INCLUDES:
The daily rate covers the accommodation cost per night and the stay for the number of persons specified in the price list. The tourist tax is not included. Parking is available until spaces are full.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservations are only accepted for stays equal to or longer than the minimum duration indicated in the price list. It is possible to request a specific accommodation unit when booking; however, we reserve the right to change the assigned unit number at any time, even after the deposit has been paid and the confirmation sent.
The booking becomes binding only after the payment of the deposit specified by Management and the subsequent receipt of written confirmation. Reservations cannot be transferred to third parties without the Management's authorization.
In case of late arrival or early departure, all booked days must be paid in full.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Guests who cancel their reservation are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid if the cancellation is communicated in writing at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Guests who cancel within three days of the arrival date or do not use the reserved stay are not entitled to any refund, and the structure retains the deposit as a penalty.
If the guest does not show up on the arrival date without prior written communication, the unit will be considered available from the following day.
PAYMENTS
The balance for the stay must be paid upon arrival at the Reception, which handles payments from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Payments can be made in cash (within legal limits) or by credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Cartasì, Bancomat). Confirming the booking implies acceptance of the general conditions.
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
At check-in, guests must provide valid identification for each individual for legal registration purposes. The presence of unauthorized persons in the Residence constitutes:
A violation of Public Security Regulations;
A breach of Article 614 of the Penal Code (unlawful entry);
A breach of Article 633 of the Penal Code (illegal occupation of land or buildings);
A breach of Article 624 of the Penal Code (theft of services);
Contractual fraud.
Guests must verify the accuracy of their registration upon check-in, report discrepancies to Management, and notify any changes, such as arrivals or departures of additional persons.
ACCESS CONDITIONS
Entrance to Meet Hostel is a reserved area. The staff reserves the right to assess, at its discretion, conditions for admitting individuals seeking entry.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff, individuals who are visibly intoxicated by alcohol or drugs (Art. 688 Penal Code - Law No. 309/1990) will be denied entry.
In case of violation, the staff is authorized to refuse entry or, if necessary, alert authorities to restore safety.
MINORS
Unaccompanied minors ( less than 18 years) are not permitted. Minors must be accompanied and stay with their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for ensuring compliance with hostel rules. Adults are also responsible for their children's behavior, ensuring it does not disturb the peace, safety, or hygiene of other guests.
DEPOSITS
For groups, a security deposit (in cash) is required. This deposit can be used to cover any damages to the accommodation, furnishings, or equipment.
VISITORS
The Management may permit short-term visits from guests or daily visitors at its discretion, subject to organizational considerations. Prolonged stays require prior authorization and involve payment according to the price list. Hostel clients must ensure their visitors have proper authorization and are responsible for their behavior within the hostel.
QUIET HOURS
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, noise is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests must behave respectfully in shared spaces and maintain proper hygiene. Playing music through speakers, eating or drinking alcohol in rooms, and failing to maintain personal hygiene are prohibited.
Guests with sleep disorders (e.g., chronic snoring, sleepwalking) are kindly requested to book a private room to avoid disturbing others. If complaints are numerous, the hostel reserves the right to request the guest's departure or deny extended stays.
PROHIBITIONS
The following are prohibited:
Pets of any kind in shared dormitories;
Occupying a bed other than the one assigned at check-in (penalty applies);
Disposing of trash outside designated containers;
Consuming food and beverages (except water) in rooms;
Using audio devices that disturb others;
Sleeping in common areas or on the terrace;
Smoking inside the hostel or on the balcony;
Consuming alcohol purchased outside the premises;
Damaging vegetation.
WASTE SEPARATION
The hostel prioritizes waste separation and requests guests to use the designated bins correctly. Waste must be disposed of responsibly during the stay.
LOST OBJECTS
Items found within the hostel must be handed over to Management for handling in compliance with the law.
LIABILITY
The Management is not responsible for:
Theft of valuables not entrusted for safekeeping;
Damages caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, illnesses, epidemics (including plants), or falling branches or fruits.
DEPARTURE
Guests are kindly requested to return keys to the reception at check-out. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 AM. Failure to do so will result in an additional night’s charge.
Management reserves the right to inspect the room condition and charge for damages. Guests may be expelled at Management’s discretion if they violate regulations or disturb the community. Expelled guests cannot return without specific authorization. Expulsion does not entitle a refund.
SURVEILLANCE AREA
For security reasons, common areas of the hostel are under video surveillance. By entering the hostel, guests accept the terms of this regulation, which may be supplemented with additional rules deemed necessary by Management.
